New Music Friday: Big Time Rush Releases Their Highly-Anticipated Track “Paralyzed” After 11 Years, and Tons of Other Artists Put Out New Hits

For this week’s New Music Friday, we have so many hot new tracks to be thankful for!

After capturing fans’ hearts on the Nickelodeon show but remaining unavailable to stream for 11 years, “Paralyzed” is finally available for Big Time Rush fans to listen to on repeat!

While it has remained an unreleased song since airing on the episode “Big Time Rocker” in September of 2011, “Paralyzed” has always been a fan-favorite, as well as song that fans would go crazy to at the “Forever Tour” this summer.

In August of this year, Big Time Rush took to Twitter to say, “We’re so happy to see that everyone across the globe are now able to enjoy all our music. But the real question. How badly do you want us to release PARALYZED?” Naturally, this created a lot of fan buzz surrounding the song on various social media platforms, ultimately leading to its official release today (November 25th).

Aside from “Paralyzed,” several other singles dropped that we’re super excited about! The Red Hot Chili Peppers came out with “The Shape I’m Takin,” Jungkook of BTS with “Dreamers,” Olly Murs with “I Hate You When You’re Drunk,” Tone Stith with “B.E.D,” Lana Lubany with “CLONES” and more.

Aside from singles we have on repeat, this week’s New Music Friday playlist was filled with fire collaborations, as well. Jimi Hendrix and ZAYN teamed up for “Angel,” Aaron Cole and Xavier Omär for “BUSY,” Myke Towers and Daddy Yankee for “Ulala,” Machine Gun Kelly and Naomi Wild for “Taurus” and more. Cat Burns even hopped on JVKE‘s hit single “golden hour” for a special new version!

With these songs aside, the ultimate collaboration of this week is a track called “Free Game” by MOUNT WESTMORE, consisting of Snoop Dogg, Ice Cube, E-40 AND Too $hort. What could be better than bringing FOUR talented artists together to collectively create a track? We already can’t stop streaming it.

The only thing we love more than new singles is new albums/EPs from our favorite artists. Some of the albums featured on this week’s New Music Friday playlist are This Is What I Mean by Stormzy, Back To The Game by Paulo Londra, Walkerverse Pt. I & II by Alan Walker3860 by Quando Rondo and YoungBoy Never Broke Again and more.

Avril Lavigne released Love Sux (Deluxe), an extension of her album Love Sux that came out in February, blessing us with several new pop punk bangers to listen to, as well!

After listening to all of the hot new tracks, we selected all of our favorite releases below! Let us know what you think of our list by either leaving a reaction at the bottom of the post, or by sending us a tweet at @celebsecrets.
