Normani is back and ready to deliver her next single!
On Wednesday (July 14), the singer shared the song title and cover art for her upcoming song, “Wild Side.” She will be collaborating with rapper Cardi B on the track. In the cover art, we see the two artists lying opposite of each other in the nude with only their hair covering up their bodies.
The song and music video will be released today, July 15.
The announcement comes nearly two years after the artist released her groundbreaking music video for her debut solo song, “Motivation.” Since then, fans have been eagerly waiting for her to drop her debut album. However, there is no word yet on when that will arrive.

Cardi B took to Instagram Stories to talk about how excited she is to be collaborating with Normani. She said, “I feel like this is Normani’s big comeback. I want you guys to treat it like it’s her birthday. This is literally her birthday. The song — everything is amazing, and I’m just so proud of her,” she continues. “I’m so excited. You guys are gonna see Normani in a different light.”
On the other hand, Normani has been tweeting and interacting with fans throughout the day – as she expresses her excitement for the release. She even teased a snippet of the vocal tracks in a video.
In a quote tweet to Cardi B, Normani said she watched the music video for a second time and appeared to be amazed. She said, “Okay, sooooo I just watched the video again 😳 sis what the actual f**k.” We can’t wait to see what the two have in store!
