Former Disney Channel star Olivia Holt is taking her acting and singing talents to the Broadway stage as she will be portraying the legendary role of Roxie Hart in Chicago. Holt will make her Broadway debut on April 10.

Chicago is one of the most long-running shows on Broadway, as it has been going on for over twenty years. The musical has had many celebrities throughout its run, including Pamela Anderson and DWTS season 31 third-place finisher Wayne Brady, to name a few.
Holt is primarily known for her acting career, as she has appeared in shows such as Cruel Summer, Cloak & Dagger, and Kickin’ It. With that said, Holt also has a music career, including having a single called “Love U Again” on the Billboard Top 40 Hot Dance/Electronic Songs chart. Holt will now have the opportunity to showcase both of her beautiful talents, and to add on; she will be doing this while acting as one of the most famous Broadway characters of all time in Roxie Hart.

Holt’s run is set to begin on April 10, as previously stated, and the 25-year-old Tennessee-born starlet is scheduled for an eight-week run on the beloved show. As of recent time, Holt is highly known for portraying the character of Kate Wallis on season one of the hit Freeform show Cruel Summer.
