Paul Wesley has officially filed for divorce from Ines de Ramon. The two were first seen together in early summer 2018 and quickly wed later in August of 2018.
Paul’s former vampire co-star and long-time friend, Nina Dobrev, was often seen with the couple early on in their relationship. According to UsWeekly, Dobrev was the one to confirm the couple’s marriage back in 2019.
The Flatliners actress spoke about her friend and his former spouse on a podcast called Directionally Challenged saying, “We hang out a lot. We’re really good friends. I love his wife.”
Dobrev and her boyfriend, former Olympian snowboarder Shaun White, went on many double dates with the couple, via UsWeekly. A representative of Wesley stated that the couple separated five months ago, and it was a mutual split.
Wesley was previously married for six years to another The Vampire Diaries co-star, Torrey DeVitto. He also had a relationship with Phoebe Tonkin for four years after meeting on the TVD set in 2013.
Ines de Ramon is rumored to have been seeing Brad Pitt for the last few months. Many believe this rumor to be the cause of Wesley’s rush to divorce.
