Las Vegas Raiders superstar wideout Davante Adams has officially been charged with misdemeanor assault after shoving a photographer following the Raiders 30-29 loss against the Kansas City Chiefs on Monday Night Football. The NFL and the Raiders have yet to announce a possible punishment for the former Green Bay Packers star.
Adams was seen walking off the field and heading into the tunnel when suddenly, a man appeared in front of him, and Adams pushed him. Two unique angles of the alleged “push” have surfaced, with one looking like Adam deliberately showed the person down.

In contrast, from the other angle, it appears that the photographer walked in front of Adams for no reason, and Adams shoved him after being surprised.

Arguments could be made on both sides; however, Adams should have helped the man up and apologized rather than continuing to walk away. Yes, the Raiders had just lost a frustrating game in which they blew a 17-point lead, but regardless, you should always show respect to others even if something does not go your way.
This will be an ongoing story for the time being, especially with the league and team having yet to announce a possible suspension for Adams.
All in all, it’s a situation that will be monitored for future incidents of this effect going forward.
