So You Think You Can Dance has returned for its fourth week of live shows tonight (July 30th) at CBS Studios in Los Angeles, Calif.
The Top 14 – Tanisha Belnap, Carly Blaney, Emily James, Jacque Lewarne, Jessica Richens, Valerie Rockey, Bridget Whitman, Rudy Abreu, Casey Askew, Teddy Coffey, Emilio Dosal, Zack Everhart, Serge Onik, and Ricky Ubeda – opened the show with a group dance routine to “Last Moment” choreographed by Stacey Tookey.
After the group number, the Top 14 were paired together to perform various quickstep, jazz, broadway, hip-hop, contemporary, Paso Doble sequences in front of judges Mary Murphy, Nigel Lythgoe, and special guest judge Christina Applegate.
After the performances, Academy of Villians performed a dance routine to “What You Waiting For?” for America, the judges, and contestants.
At the end of the show, it was announced that Teddy Coffey, Serg Onik, Carly Blaney and Emily James’ time on So You Think You Can Dance had come to a close. On next week’s live show, two people will be eliminated from the competition. Tara Lipinski returns as a guest judge and Christina Perri will take the stage to perform her new single “Burning Gold.”
