The Group Break-Up Rachel’s POV
Rachel had a different reaction to the break-up. She was more emotional than angry at Clayton. Rachel told Clayton her journey of falling in love with him as she fought through tears. She reiterated the fact that she was the only one who wanted to be there after accepting his rose in the last ceremony.
She tells Clayton she fought for him, but he never fought for her. Clayton explained to her, “I can’t just continue to try and love you when I can’t be 100% in it.” Rachel cuts him off and just says “Ok.” The two share a hug before Clayton begins to walk her out.
As Rachel is close to leaving she says, “You’re really going to put me in the car right now.” Referring to her leaving. She was in complete disbelief that he can just turn off the “love” he had for her. Shocked that he didn’t even show any emotion or fight while breaking up with her.
