RACHEL RECCHIA, GABBY WINDEY

The Dramatic Rose Ceremony, Logan’s Abrupt Exit and Hometown Pressure

As the rose ceremony approaches, host Jessie checks on Gabby, asking if she’s ok after the tough week between Nate leaving and Logan testing positive for covid. Jesse asks the bachelorette if what has happened over the week impacted how she feels about her relationships.

Gabby insists that she wants to be in love and leave the show with her person even though some of her relationships haven’t progressed the way others have in the group. Gabby then tells Jessie that she needs more time to weigh her options as Jessie leaves Gabby with her thoughts. The bachelorette then talks about how challenging the rose ceremonies are, with the occasion feeling heavier than ever now that hometowns are at play.

Johnny feels anxious as he heads into the rose ceremony, understanding what’s at play and going into the evening knowing that if he receives a rose, it’s a symbol of his relationship with Gabby progressing.

As the rose ceremony begins, the bachelorettes thank their groups for such a great week, with Gabby expressing her reasons why she feels comfortable handing out three roses. For team Gabby, Erich, Jason, and Johnny receive roses while Rachel hands out roses to Aven and Tino, leaving Spencer and Ethan to begin their journey home.

Shortly after the ceremony, Rachel and Gabby are reunited with their groups, excited about what’s to come with hometowns.
