For the first time ever, the NFL Wild Card Game is coming to Nickelodeon and Celeb Secrets has the scoop on what you and your family can expect to see while rooting for your favorite team this Sunday.
With our favorite All That stars Gabrielle Nevaeh Green and Lex Lumpkin calling and reporting on the game, respectively, the NFL Wild Card Game on Nickelodeon will feature one-of-a-kind kid-focused content and Nick-themed elements throughout, including a special halftime presentation that includes a sneak peek of Kamp Koral: SpongeBob’s Under Years, guest reporters and original on-field graphics, virtual filters and more.
SpongeBob, Slime, and Googly Eyes, @NFLonCBS and @Nickelodeon will present the NFL like you’ve NEVER seen it before on Wild Card Weekend.

When chatting with Celeb Secrets about how they are preparing for Sunday’s big game, Gabrielle says, “I’ve been watching [football] games while listening to the commentators and the different lingo. I’ve been researching the different positions, the rules and all of those good things, but Mr. Nate [Burleson] and Mr. Noah [Eagle] have been extremely helpful through the entire preparation process. I’m really excited to show off my new muscle that I gained.”
Being a huge football fan himself, Lex says that it was more about watching the reporters’ style and how he can put his own twist on it when he hits the field. “I’ve [watched] how they react on the sidelines and what they did or didn’t say based off a play.”

Gabrielle and Lex are no strangers when it comes to hanging out with some of the most talented platers in the league. Last February, the actors attended Media Night at Super Bowl LIV and interviewed players such as Patrick Mahomes, Travis Kelce, and Sammy Watkins on Radio Row in the Nickelodeon booth. “It was amazing experience and it really prepared us for what we’re going to be doing on Sunday. It got us behind-the-scenes and it really opened our eyes to what goes on behind the football game,” Green says.
Make sure to watch our full interview with Gabrielle and Lex below and don’t forget to watch the NFL Wild Card Game on Nickelodeon this Sunday, January 10th @ 4:30PM ET on Nickelodeon.
You can also catch Gabrielle and Lex in new episodes of Nickelodeon’s Unfiltered, beginning tonight at 7PM ET/PT.
