Tony Oller and Malcolm Kelley – better known as MKTO – have been on the road supporting Demi Lovato on her North American leg of the DEMI World Tour, and CS4U was fortunate enough to catch MKTO when the tour stopped at the Prudential Center on Saturday evening (October 25) in Newark, New Jersey.
The breakout duo got the crowd pumped up for Demi by opening their set with their catchy tune “Forever Until Tomorrow.” Tony and Malcolm’s fans, better known as the “MKTO Army” were snapping photos on their iPhones throughout the night and sang along to the band’s singles “Thank You” and “American Dream.” MKTO closed their 30 minute set with their double platinum hit “Classic.”
Before the concert, we hung out with Tony and Malcolm in their tour bus to see what they’ve been up to! In our interview, the guys chat about playing arena shows with Demi Lovato, getting back on the road for select dates on iHeartRadio’s “Jingle Ball” tour, the success of their self-titled debut album, and what fans can expect from MKTO’s sophomore album (slated for a 2015 release).
