After high-profile appearances on NBC and FOX and two performances at the 2016 Victoria’s Secret Leather & Lace Superbowl Parties, Nikki’s Wives are on the verge of a banner year.
The Canadian alt pop trio, consisting of Nikki Whitehead, Dylan Lauzon and Nate Baylor, recently released their brand new music video for their single “Lonely Being Coolâ€Â via Live Nation’s One To Watch and they are heading out on tour this month with soul pop artist and industry star CeeLo Green on his Love Train Tour.
As if that wasn’t enough, Nikki’s Wives also released their debut EP For E•V•E•R. The EP features Whitehead’s smoldering vocal style floating over vintage synths and faux brass and was mixed by Matty Green (The Weeknd, Taylor Swift, Ed Sheeran) and produced by Alastair Sims (Walk Off The Earth, Three Days Grace, Rush).
Celeb Secrets sat down with Nikki’s Wives to chat about their debut EP and their new music video for “Lonely Being Cool.†The trio also dished about heading out on tour with CeeLo Green — how they prepared, what fans can expect from their performance and what cities they’re excited to visit. Last but certainly not least, they each reveal a little secret about the others, so make sure to check out the video interview below!
