Ariana Grande Announces New “God Is A Woman” Perfume

Ariana Grande is stepping into the beauty mogul arena with the release of a new fragrance.

In a tweet, the “positions” singer announced today that her new scent, God Is A Woman – is coming to Ulta Beauty soon.

The perfume is named after Ariana’s hit single “God Is A Woman,” which was her 10th song to hit the Top 10 on Billboard’s Hot 100 and garnered her a nomination for “Best Pop Solo Performance” at the 61st Grammy Awards. The scent’s lavender and white bottle mirror the aesthetics of her celestial music video, which has over 333 million views to date.

This perfume launch follows the news that Ariana filed a trademark for her own beauty brand under the name God Is A Woman. According to Trendmood, the trademark covers skincare, perfume, bath products, and more. God Is A Woman isn’t her first foray into the industry. Ulta currently carries Ariana’s five other scents, including Cloud, R.EM., Thank U Next, Sweet Like Candy, and Moonlight.

It’s no surprise that the newlywed would want to keep a good thing going; in 2017, with several perfumes under her belt, LUXE Brands announced that the singer made $150 million in two years from the sales of her fragrances.

Details about God Is A Woman are currently scarce, but promo images show the bottle surrounded by purple flowers, hinting at a light, floral scent.
