Bachelor in Paradise’s Brendan Morais, Pieper James, and Natasha Parker Caught In a Huge Lover’s Quarrel

Tons of drama unfolded on Monday night’s episode of Bachelor in Paradise, after a new love triangle that blossomed between Brendan Morais, Natasha Parker and Pieper James after her arrival on the beach. Previous allegations of the two dating months before were brought up throughout the show, although Morais was quick to deny those rumors, especially to Parker.

When season 25 alum, James made her entrance to that beach in Mexico, she was extremely quick to pick Morais for a one-on-one date. The two went on to discuss where their relationship stands after all this drama – confirming that they had previously seen each other.

Morais had majorly down played his relationship with James to Parker, misleading her into thinking that there was something to explore.

After confronting Morais the next day, Parker was able to get the clarity she needed to understand what was going on. Morais quickly dumped Parker and implied that the duo had planned to reunite on Paradise.

He proceeded to explain that he made it clear to Parker that they were strictly friends, claiming that she had ‘selective hearing’ when it came to his words. He also says to Parker that he never held her back from her experience in exploring other relationships. Morais’ ultimately ended things with Parker, knowing it was never going to work out.

In addition to the backlash from the pre-planned relationship – both Morais’ and James lost a huge amount of followers, after a scene from the episode also showed the couple discussing their followers and growing their social media pages after their appearance on the show and articles from UsWeekly.

Morais’ also posted an Instagram photo right before the episode, captioning it “Here for the wrong reasons” (has been deleted).

Since the episode, Morais issued an apology on his Instagram, stating, “After taking time to begin to process the events that unfolded over the past few days, I have realized that I was wrong on so many different levels,” he started. “First of all I removed my last post from my feed. I posted it before the episode aired and had no idea the magnitude of hurt that I caused. My approach to many things in life is sarcasm. In this instance with regard to my post, I was completely insensitive.”

He continues on, “Most importantly I apologize to you Natasha. I hurt you. I am deeply sorry for doing so I understand that the damage is already done and all I can do going forward is acknowledge the error of my ways.”

Parker also made comment since the episode aired, with Instagram posts and tweets. She also stated when co-hosting the podcast “Clickbait” that the whole situation wasn’t planned out by her with James and Morais, saying that she wasn’t a “producer plant”. Dealing with tough feelings of heartbreak, Parker continues to gain so much support from Bachelor Nation, gaining over 200,000 followers on Instagram.
