“Dancing With the Stars” Pro Witney Carson calls out Kim Kardashian and Master P

Not everyone is a dancing queen – or king for that matter. Professional dancer Witney Carson has partnered with celebrities for 11 seasons of ABC’s Dancing with the Stars and is now dishing on her opinions of former competitors.

Us Weekly recently asked her who she thought the worst competitors ever were on the competition show and she could not decide on one.

“That’s a toss-up honestly between Kim Kardashian and Master P. I remember watching that sitting at home just being like, ‘Oh, my goodness,’” the 27-year-old revealed.

In season two of the show, rapper Master P replaced his son Romeo who suffered an injury before the show began. He was partnered with Ashly DelGrosso and was the fourth to be eliminated with an average score of 12.5 out of 30. Drew Lachey, of 98 Degrees fame, would go on to win with partner Cheryl Burke.

While at the beginning of her Keeping Up with the Kardashians fame, Kim Kardashian joined the line-up of celebrity dancers in season seven. Paired with pro- Mark Ballas, who had won the previous year with Olympic gold medalist Kristi Yamaguchi, they lasted just three weeks before being voted off. That year, television host Brooke Burke won with partner Derek Hough.

Carson became a pro on the show in 2014 being paired with singer Cody Simpson in season 18. She has since won with The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air actor Alfonso Ribeiro and placed second twice with actors Milo Manheim and Kel Mitchell.

She said that Ribeiro was her favorite partner, “He had a personality — people just absolutely adored him. He was a great dancer in ballroom and Latin and hip-hop, so he was a well-rounded celebrity and he’s always around. He’s so great and he’s so relatable, so I think everybody just gravitates to him so much He’s like our big brother, he just has so much advice.”

They even were able to include Ribeiro’s famous Carlton dance in one of their numbers.

“When we started the Carlton, people just lost their minds,” she said. “Like they were like screaming and I’ve just never felt that in the audience ever. So that was an experience for me that I’ll just never forget.”

Carson had her first son, Kevin Leo McAllister, with husband Carson McAllister this past January and is now promoting her collaboration Witney Carson x JuJuBe bags from JuJuBe’s Beyond Collection.
