A Euphoria star is taking her talents to the Broadway stage, as Maude Apatow will portray the character of Audrey in Little Shop of Horrors.
Apatow’s first show will take place on Tuesday, February 7, at The Westside Theatre in New York City. Apatow took to social media to announce the news and described musical theater as her greatest joy.

Apatow is most known for her role as Lexi Howard in the HBO hit Euphoria. Apatow has been acting since she was a little girl as she has appeared in Knocked Up, Funny People, and This Is 40, to name a few. What makes it even cooler that Apatow acted in those comedy classics is that her dad, Judd Apatow, directed those films, and her mother, Leslie Mann starred in them.
The world will now have the opportunity to see Apatow showcase her musical theater talent through singing and acting. This will show the true versatility the 25-year-old Los Angeles native brings to the table.
Little Shop of Horrors is a show with a mixture of comedy and horror. The musical’s plot revolves around a florist shop worker that plants a seed, and the plant that blooms ends up feeding on human flesh and blood.
All in all, it’s great to see someone continuing to pursue their dreams, and in this case, Maude Apatow will be living her best life as Audrey in Little Shop of Horrors on Broadway.
