Ella Langley is still hungover.
The blossoming country songbird is putting her debut era to rest after unveiling her deluxe edition of her record hungover, still hungover.
The new assemblage includes four new songs – “girl you’re taking home,” “weren’t for the wind,” “made it out of mexico – acoustic” and “20-20,” as well as a reflective monologue.
”I hope through listening to these, y’all find peace in knowing that life is crazy. You don’t always win, but sometimes you do.”
She continues in an Instagram post, “Nobody has all the answers & we’re all just trying to figure it out one day at a time. Thank you for letting me share my story & giving it a safe place to land. To the girl I was when I was writing these songs, it’s all going to be worth it. To the woman I am now, stay true to yourself. Here’s to the next chapter.”
Langley recently delivered a two-night sold-out performance at Nashville’s EXIT/IN as fellow songstresses Maggie Antone, Carter Faith and Madeline Edwards joined her for Ella’s “Cowboy Friends.” After the new year, the hungover tour will resume across the Carolinas, Georgia, Texas, and more.
