Talk about a hard launch!
Social media is buzzing as Outer Banks leading man Chase Stokes seemingly confirmed that he and “hole in the bottle” singer Kelsea Ballerini are in a relationship.
Stokes posted a photo dump on Instagram, and one of the pictures is of him and Ballerini at the College Football Playoff National Championship game from last Monday.

With more digging, we also found a picture of the duo side by side at the game in a photo posted by Raising Canes Founder Todd Graves.

Stokes’ most recent public relationship with his Outer Banks co-star Madelyn Cline. Cline and Stokes play an on-screen couple on the show, so many fans were ecstatic to hear that the two had begun dating during the filming period of season one. As time passed, they became one of Hollywood’s “it couples”; a little over a year after announcing their relationship, the duo announced their breakup.
It seems as if Stokes took his time to ensure success in his next relationship, and perhaps he has now found a great love with Ballerini. As for Ballerini, the country music starlet’s relationship history has been in the news for a while as she recently finalized a divorce from her husband of almost five years, Morgan Evans.

With Outer Banks season three coming out in just a month, this will draw even more eyes to the popular Netflix teen drama. With that said, the show already has millions of viewers and fans worldwide, but this will strengthen the viewing numbers of the show which is a win-win for Netflix and the Outer Banks team.
Depending on how season three ends in terms of storylines, it will be interesting to see if Stokes and Ballerini’s relationship will cause any awkwardness between Stokes and Cline during the filming of season four. We shall wait and see, but at the end of the day, it is their job to be professional, so the show must go on.
