Shay Mitchell and Rowan Blanchard celebrated the holidays at Delta Airlines’ 5th Annual Holiday in the Hangar at LAX on Wednesday afternoon (December 2) in Los Angeles, CA.
The actresses surprised over 130 kids from Children’s Hospital Los Angeles and P.S. Arts at the “North Pole,” an LAX hangar transformed into a winter wonderland. It was an incredible afternoon and the ladies were not shy with bringing the Christmas cheer — they were dancing with the children, taking pictures and even put on their Santa hats to hand out toys with the big man in red! They put the biggest smiles on the most deserving of faces this holiday season.
The children boarded a chartered (and decorated!) Delta flight to the Hangar and, upon arrival, were greeted by special guests, in addition to Shay Mitchell and Rowan Blanchard, including; the Coca-Cola Polar Bear; LA Kings alumni Derek Armstrong; and LA Lakers alumni A.C. Green; The Lakers Girls and Po from Kung Fu Panda. Throughout the day, the children were treated to holiday activities, face painting, dancing, games provided by the LA Lakers and LA Kings, drumming with the GRAMMY museum, crafts, lunch and snacks.
