Nick Jonas kicked off his fall headlining tour with a special performance at Budweiser Made in America Festival in Philadelphia over the weekend and CS4U was able to catch his set on Saturday evening (September 5).
Performing on the second largest stage at the festival, the Liberty Stage, Nick’s crowd was filled with anxious fans decked out in their best red-white-and blue outfit to celebrate the holiday weekend.
The 22-year-old opened his set with his hit single “Chains.” Nick’s fans and festival spectators were snapping photos on their iPhones and singing along to his catchy lyrics from songs such as “Good Thing,” his new track “Levels,” and “Teacher.” In the middle of his performance, Nick took a break from singing his originals to perform covers of Outkast’s “Roses,” The Weeknd’s “Can’t Feel My Face,” and Bell Biv Divoe’s “Poison.” We were totally lovin’ his version of “Poison” better than the original — just sayin’.
One of our favorite parts of the show were Nick’s outfit choice and dance moves. The “Jealous” singer oozes sex appeal and he didn’t disappoint us one bit!
Nick rocked out with the audience to his smash hit “Jealous” to close his 45-minute set. It was truly a night that we will never forget!
Nick Jonas “Live in Concert” Tour is the first headlining tour we’ve seen in awhile from the former Jonas Brother, which will make stops in 19 cities throughout the U.S. and Canada with dates in New York City, Los Angeles, Toronto, Chicago and San Francisco. Tour kicks off tomorrow in Hershey, PA.
