Sara Jeihooni may be best known for appearing on the Bravo reality series Shahs of Sunset, but she is now making waves with her latest single “In My Bag.”
Possessing all the elements of a viral TikTok song, “In My Bag” is the perfect boss girl anthem to add to your favorite playlist this summer.
Jeihooni has been honing in on her sound and redefining her craft over the past year and is now ready for her fans to hear the new music. “In My Bag” is the first release off her upcoming EP that she describe as as a reflection of all her different sides.
“[‘In My Bag’] means I’m very focused on my career right now,” Jeihooni tells Celeb Secrets. “I’m putting in the time and the work, and I’m not waiting on anyone.”

Celeb Secrets: Congratulations on the release of “In My Bag.” How did you hone in on your sound for this record and what was the energy in the studio like?
Sara Jeihooni: “Thank you! ‘In My Bag’ is just the perfect sweet spot for me as an artist. I love the record and the Middle Eastern element we added to the beat to show a bit of my culture.
This was just my mood the day I went to the studio. This is the last song I did for my EP, a project I’m very proud of. I’ve been so hyper focused and I was just feeling like I was on a high and really just ‘In My Bag.'”
CS: What does the phrase “In My Bag” mean to you?
SJ: “For me it just means I’m very focused on my career right now. I’m putting in the time and the work, and I’m not waiting on anyone.”
CS: What are your must haves when you are in the recording studio?
SJ: “Snacks and maybe just a little tequila :)”
CS: Can fans expect more music coming soon? How would you describe the sound of what you are working on?
SJ: “Yes I’m dropping my EP soon. My EP is a reflection of all my different sides. No two songs sound the same. I even have a house record on there. It’s just a well rounded project.”
CS: Lastly, we are Celeb Secrets. Can you spill a secret about your upcoming projects?
SJ: “Yeah you may or may not see me on the big screen…”
