Teddi Gets Vulnerable in Croatia
The girls traveled across the ocean to Croatia shortly after the rose ceremony. The scenic area is the perfect place to fall in love!
As the girls explore Croatia, they make a pit stop at a restaurant where Clayton arrives to share that someone’s one-on-one date will start immediately. Teddi and Mara are the only two ladies left in the group who have yet to receive a one-on-one, so, Bachelor Nation knows it will be one of them.
Clayton reveals that Teddi scored the one-on-one date, once again leaving Mara angry as thunder started to roll into Croatia (literally).
Teddi, who received the first-impression rose, was seen as a front-runner in the very beginning of the season. Her and Clayton’s connection seemed undeniable, but as time went on, it seemed as if other relationships were growing even stronger. The show then cut to a confessional, where Teddi shares that although she is excited for her one-on-one date, she is worried about something important she has to tell Clayton.
During their day date, the two are seen shopping around town while getting ice cream and exploring the city. It was during the night portion of the date that Teddi vocalized to Clayton that she was in fact a virgin. Bachelor Nation knew this from her reveal previous episodes, but Clayton had no idea. Teddi shared that her mom got pregnant really young and always encouraged Teddi to wait and not make the same mistake she did. As Teddi got older, she decided she wasn’t going to wait till marriage but instead wait until she found someone she loved.
Clayton did question the fact that she has never been in love before, but Teddi says that she is ready to be more vulnerable and sees a potential future with Clayton. Clayton then gave Teddi a rose, signifying that their relationship is definitely getting stronger.
