The Croatian Love Warfare
During Teddi’s date, a date card arrives at the girls’ hotel. And seeing as though Mara has yet to get a one-on-one, it seemed as though she was going to get it.
The Bachelor producers obviously can’t make anything that easy, so after all the names on the group date were announced, it was Sarah who was left standing to receive the second one-on-one date. This made Mara even more upset as she started to question Sarah’s age and whether or not she was ready for marriage.
The next day, all of the girls meet Clayton for Croatian warfare group date. This date required the women to literally fight for Clayton’s love, as they were required to dress in warfare and push each other out of a ring to prove their admiration for Clayton. If that wasn’t enough, the girls had to eat fish heads while professing their emotions for the former NFL player.
Mara came up with a rhymed poem for her speech and quickly ate the fish heads to try and gain some sort of attention from Clayton. But disappointment soon came as he chose Serene as the greatest warrior.
Later on that night, the girls gathered to spend time with Clayton. It was here that Mara decided to share her frustrations with “The Bachelor” himself after not receiving a one-on-one date. She told Clayton that one of the girls was not ready for marriage (ahem, Sarah), leaving him questioning everything he’s gone through and the feelings he’s developed these last few weeks.
The group date ended with Clayton giving front-runner Rachel a rose, but the night still had more surprises. Upon his return to his hotel room, Clayton received a mysterious letter to meet him by the clock tower. The letter was from yet another front-runner, Susie, who just wanted to share that she is indeed falling for him and could really see marriage in her future.
