Who will receive the “Producer of the Year” award?

Revolutionary artist Rosalía will be honored for her boundary-breaking work throughout the years. Rosalia is officially a 12-time Latin Grammy and Grammy-Award winning artist, recognized for her innovative musical fusions and prominent style. The artist has taken the global pop scene by storm — her mind-blowing vocal capabilities melding flawlessly with an amalgamation of musical styles including, but not limited to, R&B, classic Flamenco, hip-hip, contemporary Latin-American Rhythms and electronic beats have left the world utterly speechless.

“We are thrilled to honor Rosalía with this award and recognize her behind the scenes work in the recording studio to bring her vision to fruition. With numerous groundbreaking hits that blur the lines between traditional music genres, Rosalía consistently uses her unique producing abilities to break the mold and deliver the unexpected,” said Hannah Karp, Billboard’s Editorial Director. “There are so many talented producers like Rosalía out there, looking for their big break – we’re excited to provide these women and non-binary creatives with support and a much-needed platform through our new partnership with Bose.”

Who will receive the “Woman of the Year” award?

The exceptional honor will go to record-breaking artist SZA. As of this year, SZA’s ‘SOS’ became the first album in HISTORY to chart 10 songs simultaneously on the billboard Hot 100 chart for 7 consecutive weeks, also joining Taylor Swift and Adele as the only female artists to have an album spend at least 7 weeks at #1 on the Billboard 200 this century! 2023 has been a huge year for the artist — receiving several platinum and gold plaques for her album ‘SOS’ as well as selling out arenas for the entirety of her SOS Tour.

Previous recipients of the award include Olivia Rodrigo (2022), Cardi B (2020), Billie Eilish (2019), and Ariana Grande (2018).
