Long-time Eagles running back Miles Sanders is leaving Philly and heading to Charlotte to join the Carolina Panthers. Sanders is coming off the first 1,000-yard rushing season of his career.
What’s good Carolina !!!!!

After playing in the Super Bowl for the Eagles just a month ago, Sanders will now be suiting up in a Panthers uniform. Sanders will be a fun weapon for new head coach Frank Reich to use in his offense. Sanders should fit very nicely with the Panthers as he provides tremendous versatility of being a very productive runner and an excellent pass catcher.
Before landing the head coaching gig with the Panthers, Reich served as head coach of the Colts for several years and successfully used two different types of running backs in Jonathan Taylor and Nyheim Hines. Taylor is more of a classic power back, while Hines is more of a pass catcher. With Sanders, Reich has the best of both worlds in one runner.

As for Sanders, he lands a long-term contract with a team starting from scratch and leaving a team that just went to the Super Bowl. However, the Eagles have suffered multiples loss besides Sanders, including two critical defensive pieces in Javon Hargrave and T.J. Edwards.
Something of note, Sanders will be a big help for Carolina’s next QB1, whether it be a rookie or recently signed veteran Andy Dalton.
