The upcoming twelfth season of Ryan Murphy’s American Horror Story is set to have prior AHS cast member Emma Roberts starring alongside world-renowned reality star Kim Kardashian.
Roberts, Kardashian, and the rest of the crew are set to begin filming sometime this month in New York City.

American Horror Story has been one of television’s staples since its premiere on October 5, 2011. Many stars have been part of the iconic horror series, including Lady Gaga, Sarah Paulson, and Kathy Bates, to name a few. A unique aspect of the show is that each season is based on something new rather than most shows’ typical continuous storyline format. So, each season contains different actors and actresses; with that said, multiple individuals have been part of several seasons of the hit show, including season 12 star Emma Roberts.

Roberts has been in a total of 47 episodes, including playing the role of Madison Montgomery in season three and most recently appearing as Brooke Thompson in season nine.
As for Kardashian, this will be her first big-time acting role as she has appeared in other projects such as Drop Dead Diva and Disaster Movie, but this will be her first time acting in an award-winning project. It will be interesting to see if Kardashian’s character is funny as the show’s creator, Ryan Murphy, greatly complemented Kardashian after successfully hosting SNL a year ago.
All in all, social media is already buzzing due to the headlining stars for this soon-to-be-released season of the beloved show.
