She is admittedly a yo-yo dieter – someone whose weight fluctuates due to inconsistent habits. According to her, part of this stems from the stresses and challenges she’s gone through, with her turning to food as a coping mechanism to numb her negative feelings. However, she vowed to take control and change her eating habits for good last year.
She isn’t the first celebrity to showcase a drastic shift in weight. When Mindy Kaling showed up at the 2023 Academy Awards looking much thinner, she talked about how her weight loss was brought about by feeling out of touch with her body and wanting to feel more confident as a mom.
