The Carolina Panthers have followed up their signing of Miles Sanders by adding another weapon – veteran wide receiver, Adam Thielen. The athlete signed a three-year $25 million contract, as he joins the Panthers after nine years with the Vikings.

During his time in a Vikings uniform, the Minnesota-born Thielen was named an All-Pro in 2017, earned two Pro-Bowl selections, and produced countless memories for Minnesota fans.
Thielen joins a young Panthers team with a brand new head coach in Frank Reich and an elite defensive unit filled with young stars such as Brian Burns, Derrick Brown, and Jeremy Chinn. As for the offense of the Panthers, the team has quietly improved its weaponry by adding Thielen and former Eagles tailback Miles Sanders.
Now, the thing to look at with Carolina is who will be throwing the ball to Thielen next season. Recently, the Panthers signed veteran Andy Dalton and are likely to select a young signal-caller with the first pick in the first round of the 2023 draft.

The Panthers are focusing on improving their offense due to their inconsistent play for the last couple of years, especially at the quarterback position. With a defense of this caliber, Carolina must hurry to ensure they take full advantage rather than let the opportunity of having a championship-caliber defense slip away.
Thielen was expected to depart the Vikings, but it was unknown who would pick up – perhaps a pairing with Coach Reich will allow the Pro Bowler to thrive.
