“If I Didn’t Love You” also earned Aldean an award. Lainey Wilsonpresented the entertainer with the “Country Song of the Year” award. “If I Didn’t Love You” is a collaboration between both Aldean and Carrie Underwood, which was released in 2021 and shot straight up the country music charts upon its debut.
