1985: They like Sally Field!

Already having won Best Actress in 1980 for Norma Rae, Sally Field won Best Actress a second time in 1985 for Places in the Heart. She exclaimed how much more this one meant to her because of the first time being new and likely a whirlwind experience. She finished her speech with the heartwarming, and often misquoted, “I can’t deny the fact that you like me right now. You like me!”
