The 93rd Academy Awards are upon us and boy have times changed since last year’s show happened right before the pandemic hit.
Most movies went on streaming services like Amazon Prime, Disney+, HBO Max, Hulu and Netflix and there were delays upon delays on seeing highly anticipated films. (Remember how Mulan was supposed to be released in March and ended up being pushed back to September and you had to pay a $30 fee?)
But somehow, we have finally made it to the awards. Rising above all of the drama, the nominees are the most diverse ever and we are likely to see many memorable moments.
