Mixing romantic comedy with a sports drama made for one of the most-engaging movies of the year. Jerry Maguire is instantly recognizable thanks to strong performances from both Tom Cruise and Cuba Gooding Jr., who were nominated for Oscars with Gooding Jr. winning, and a stellar supporting cast including Renée Zellweger, Kelly Preston, Bonnie Hunt, Regina King and Jonathan Lipnicki.

Sports agent Jerry Maguire (Cruise) gets fired after expressing his opinion but takes a chance on independently representing Rod Tidwell (Gooding Jr.), the only athlete who stays with him.

Above Cruise and Gooding Jr., it’s hard to tell which part we love more: the adorable Lipnicki or the iconic “you had me at hello” scene.
