This entry is part 4 of 20 in the series 2024 MTV VMAs

Benson Boone, Halsey, Lenny Kravitz and BLACKPINK‘s LISA have been added to the epic lineup for the 2024 MTV VMAsbuilding the excitement for the big show in less than a month.

The talented artists join the ever-growing roster of global superstars slated to perform at the VMAs, including previously announced performers Camila Cabello, Chappell Roan, GloRilla, Rauw Alejandro and Sabrina Carpenter, along with Video Vanguard recipient Katy Perry.

According to the network, Boone will make his LIVE “VMAs” performance debut and will also look to take home his first Moon Person, as he’s up for three categories including “Best New Artist” and “Best Alternative;” 14x VMAs nominee, Halsey will return to the VMAs stage this year to perform a new song off of her upcoming album; 4x GRAMMY®-winning rock legend Lenny Kravitz will make his long-awaited VMAs return, performing LIVE on the show for the first time in 25+ years. He’s also up for a moon person in the “Best Rock” category this year thanks to his self-reflecting single “Human.”

It’s going to be a big night for global superstar and world-renowned rapper, singer, dancer and style icon LISA, as she will make her solo debut on MTV’s main stage on the heels of her global smash hit single “Rockstar” and latest single, “New Woman,” featuring Rosalia. She made VMAs history in 2022, becoming the first solo female K-pop star and Korean soloist to win, also marking BLACKPINK’s award show debut where they performed a show-stopping rendition of hit “Pink Venom.” A 4x nominee this year, LISA looks to take home her second Moon Person, nominated for “Best K-pop” and “Best Choreography,” among others for her single, “Rockstar.”

Other top finalists include BLACKPINK‘s LISA, Olivia Rodrigo, Teddy Swims, Anitta and Dua Lipa, with Benson Boone, Tyla, Chappell Roan, Jelly Roll, Jessie Murph, Raw Alejandro, Sexyy Red, Victoria Monét among the many earning their first-ever VMA nominations.
